Company Overview:
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies within our company to drive results for our franchise locations and new franchise growth efforts.
- Improve our yearly and “most important” marketing plan. This includes the marketing “must dos” for our locations as well as our annual ad plan, promotional strategy, social media posts, nurture campaigns and grass roots community efforts.
- Leverage unique brand positioning to create and implement a content strategy that supports the guest journey from inquiry to booking and ultimately retention. This includes all communication flows in our CRM, social media posts, capturing high quality images/videos, blogs and more.
- Management of our CRM from updating workflows to data analysis and message templating.
- Serve as the point of contact for our ad agency to ensure impactful advertising campaigns with great ROAS.
- Serve as the creator in canva or the liaison with our graphic design partner when updated designs and materials are needed.
- Act as the primary marketing/advertising contact between franchisees and franchisor. Collaborate with franchisees for effective community outreach and brand consistency.
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market plans for launching and ramping new locations. Lead marketing training for onboarding franchisees.
- Develop and track the results of marketing efforts across all channels (i.e. cost per lead, cost per sale) and pivot as necessary to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Act as a liaison with franchise sales partner to deliver on brand strategy and marketing to increase new leads in the franchise sales funnel. Participate in and support the Meet The Team Day franchise sales events, generally monthly.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a franchisor.
- Proficiency in paid advertising, crm software, social media, grass roots efforts, google analytics, and canva.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to manage multiple vendor partners and work with franchisees.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to understand both the 'art' and the 'science' of developing actionable marketing initiatives that drive decision making. You will be eager to work in an emerging franchise company with an "all hands on deck" attitude when needed to get the job done.
